Roll up your sleeves and step into the heart of rustic cooking with hands-on classes in Pardaillan, or let us bring the experience to you for a private gathering.

Our most popular workshop is Sourdough Bread, a three-hour class where you’ll learn every step from nurturing your starter to shaping the perfect loaf. Everyone goes home with their own dough, a starter to keep, and the confidence to bake delicious bread again and again.

But sourdough is just the beginning. In our workshops, you might explore the warmth of chili, creating ristras, infused oils, and vibrant sauces, or celebrate the humble onion through inventive, flavour-packed dishes. Preserve the harvest with jams, chutneys, and jellies, try your hand at focaccia and other rustic breads, or enjoy a taste of the French countryside with simple, seasonal dishes. Each class is designed to be practical, relaxed, and full of flavour, with hands-on experience every step of the way.

You’ll share a homemade lunch prepared during the class, enjoying the fruits of your labour with friends, family, or fellow participants. It’s the perfect way to learn new skills, celebrate a special occasion, or simply spend a unique day immersed in food, flavour, and connection.
